Automatic control system Digital & LCD controller allow user to monitor and control all key parameters of genset only by pushing a few buttons. AMF(Auto Mains Failure) start or shut genset when power gose out or resume without any manual operation.

Strict testing

We will do the testing extremely carefully. We will testing the loading at 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%, and 110% for every batch of shipment. Load test each genset for at least 30 minutes. We will make sure the genset power is good and performance is stable.

Then we will test the controller and protection function of each genset, to see if it can stop the genset under abnormal situations. And finally, we will check all details of the genset, like if the bolts and nuts are carefully tightened, if the painting is perfect, if all accessories are there.
